Terms

Terms of service

These terms govern your use of our website and our SNHU preceptor-matching service. Please read them before you engage us. Using this site or contacting us means you accept these terms.

What service do you actually provide?

We source and verify a qualified, SNHU-approvable preceptor and clinical site and get you practicum-ready for your SNHU MSN practicum. We work independently of SNHU.

Answer first on the limits: we do not admit you to SNHU, teach your courses, approve your preceptor on SNHU's behalf, employ or pay the preceptor, or waive any SNHU requirement. Final approval of any preceptor or site rests with SNHU, and SNHU gives no placement guarantee. Each clinical site sets its own background, immunization, and other requirements, and you are responsible for meeting them and for carrying your own malpractice insurance where required.

What are the fees and when do I pay?

Our fee is 1,500 to 2,500 dollars per rotation, and you pay when matched, not upfront. The fee covers our sourcing and verification work only. It does not pay the preceptor, and it does not cover SNHU tuition, the mandatory in-person New Hampshire immersion, site fees, background checks, immunizations, insurance, or any other cost you owe to SNHU or a clinical site.

The specific amount within that range and any refund terms will be set out when you engage us. You are responsible for all costs charged directly by SNHU or by a clinical site.

What do you not guarantee?

We do not guarantee admission, approval, or that any particular preceptor or site will be accepted. We work diligently to source and verify an approvable preceptor and site, but SNHU controls admission and approval and provides no placement guarantee. Outcomes depend on your eligibility, your program, your state, site availability, and SNHU's decisions.

Nothing on this site is legal, medical, financial, or academic advice, and information about SNHU's program is provided for convenience. You should confirm any SNHU detail, including practicum hour totals, against current SNHU materials, since program requirements can change.

What are the limits on liability and use?

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected rotation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made by SNHU or a clinical site.

You agree to use this site lawfully, to provide accurate information, and not to misuse or copy its content. We may update these terms or the service at any time, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by applicable law in our operating jurisdiction.

Questions

Good to know

Are you affiliated with SNHU?

No. We cannot admit you, approve your preceptor for SNHU, or waive any SNHU requirement. Final approval rests with SNHU.

Do you guarantee I will be placed?

No. SNHU provides no placement guarantee, and neither do we. We source and verify an approvable preceptor and site, but admission and approval are controlled by SNHU and depend on your eligibility, state, and site availability.

Does your fee pay the preceptor?

No. The fee of 1,500 to 2,500 dollars per rotation, paid when matched, covers our sourcing and verification work only. It does not pay the preceptor and does not cover SNHU tuition, the New Hampshire immersion, or site costs.
