Reviews and our verified-feedback policy

Because we will only post a review once a real, matched student gives us one, and we have none we can verify at this time. Many websites in the preceptor-matching space display star ratings and glowing quotes that cannot be traced to any identifiable person. We do not do that.

When we do collect feedback, it will come only from students we actually matched with a preceptor and site for an SNHU MSN practicum, and it will be published in their words, not rewritten by us to sound better.

A verified review is one we can tie to a specific student we placed. To qualify, three things must be true:

• The person completed a real match with us for an SNHU practicum rotation.
• They submitted the feedback themselves and gave us permission to publish it.
• We can confirm their identity internally against our matching records.

We will not publish anonymous quotes we cannot trace, feedback we solicited in exchange for a discount, or any rating we generated ourselves. If we ever show an aggregate rating, it will only reflect verified reviews and we will say how many there are.

We will ask students for feedback after their placement is confirmed, and we will publish what they send with only light edits for typos or to remove personal identifiers. Answer first: we do not filter out critical reviews. If a matched student had a poor experience, that feedback belongs here alongside the positive.

We may redact a student's full name, program state, or other identifying details at their request or to protect privacy, but we will never alter the substance of what they said. A verified negative review will not be quietly deleted.

You can rely on our published, checkable claims about the service instead of on testimonials. We tell you plainly what we do and do not do:

• We source and verify a qualified, SNHU-approvable preceptor and clinical site and get you practicum-ready.
• Pricing is 1,500 to 2,500 dollars per rotation, and you pay when matched.
• The fee covers our sourcing and verification work; it does not pay the preceptor.
• We are independent and cannot admit you to SNHU, approve your preceptor on SNHU's behalf, or waive any SNHU requirement.

Those statements are the same on every page of this site. That consistency, not a five-star badge, is what we ask you to judge us by.

Since we have no reviews to point you to, here is how to judge any service in this space, ours included. First, check whether the service is honest about what it is not. A service that blurs that line is worth a second look.

Second, ask when you pay. We charge only when you are matched with a qualified, SNHU-approvable preceptor and site, so the fee follows a result. Third, ask how a preceptor is verified: a legitimate service confirms the clinician fits your program and course, because your practicum hours have to count toward both your SNHU degree and your FNP certification through AANPCB or ANCC. Fourth, look for consistent, checkable claims across the whole site rather than a wall of untraceable five-star quotes. If a promise cannot be verified, treat it the way we treat unverifiable reviews, and set it aside until it can be.
